Dr. ABM Nasir is a faculty of Economics at North Carolina Central University. Dr. Nasir has more than 22 years of teaching experience. He holds numerous teaching certificates in course design and development. Dr. Nasir has taught Elementary Bangla language to non-native elementary and middle school students since 2015. At Kalpotoru Pathshala, he leads the Kalpotoru team for kids' social, cultural, and educational skill development and is responsible for designing the curriculum and coordinating the course materials.

Dr. Syeda Farzana Hafsa is an Assistant Professor at the Department of English and Humanities at BRAC University. She completed her Ph.D. in Teaching and Curriculum from the Warner School of Education, University of Rochester, concentrating on online teaching-learning. Dr. Hafsa received her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in English Literature from the University of Dhaka. She has also received an Advanced Certificate in Online Teaching from the Warner School. She has over 20 years of foreign language teaching experience in the US and Bangladesh. Dr. Hafsa worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Warner School and was a Writing Consultant for five years. She received the prestigious Fulbright Scholarship to teach Bengali at North Carolina State University and the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. For four semesters, Dr. Hafsa also taught Bangla to US students under a US Department-funded program at the Bangla Language Institute at Independent University, Bangladesh. She is currently an executive member of the TESOL Society of Bangladesh.

Shakil Reja Efti was born in Dinajpur district in 1999. He completed his undergraduate studies with the prestigious Turkish Government Scholarship at Istanbul University's Faculty of Communication. Currently, he is pursuing his postgraduate studies at the same faculty. In 2015 and 2017, he won the creative talent hunt in language and literature and received the National Talent Award from the Honorable Prime Minister of Bangladesh. Shakil has authored books in the Bengali language and is a regular feature contributor to Turkish and Bangladeshi newspapers. Shakil Reja Efti is also involved in documentary filmmaking and radio program production and hosting. Currently, he is working at the Istanbul Gedik University Bangladesh Study and Research Center. He is serving as an instructor of Bangla at the same University. Shakil also runs the Take Me Home initiative that works on preserving the culture, language, tradition, and related identities that are at risk of disappearing.
